Hello, and thank you for reading my business plan. I have three businesses under the K.O.D. Global Co. umbrella: K.O.D. Entertainment, K.O.D. Gaming, and my favorite, Helpys.

• K.O.D. Entertainment will feature my original videos, including gaming and outdoor content. This isn't just gaming; it’s a full-fledged entertainment channel.

• K.O.D. Gaming will focus on creating video games.

• Helpys is an app dedicated to environmental preservation. It will help nature thrive by detecting and organizing cleanups for garbage hotspots. The Patreon for Helpys will fund the purchase of ships and hire crews to clean the most polluted waters and beaches. Participants will receive kits to assist in these efforts.

Business Description

K.O.D. Global Co. encompasses Helpys, K.O.D. Gaming, and K.O.D. Entertainment. My goal is to make it easy for people to support my businesses through Patreon and by signing up for services.

• Helpys will function like apps such as Lyft or Uber but for garbage collection. Users will receive kits: a "Ground Kit" with a grabber, gloves, and a mask, and a "Sea Kit" with a boogie board, grabber, waterproof phone case, gloves, swimsuit, and goggles. The Sea Kit will have three levels, with Level 1 starting at $5. I plan to use the funds raised through Patreon to buy 1,000 ships to clean up the dirtiest parts of our oceans and beaches.

• K.O.D. Entertainment will produce YouTube videos across various genres, including music production, beats, rhymes, raps, and poetry. The channel will be supported by Patreon, allowing me to travel and create content globally.

I will market my businesses using a combination of online and offline strategies.

• Helpys will be promoted primarily online through platforms like Facebook and Twitter. I'll also encourage people to volunteer and spread awareness through large signs and other marketing efforts.

• K.O.D. Entertainment will rely on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. I’ll hire professionals to boost my videos and increase likes and subscriptions, while also reaching out to my personal network.

I need to improve my knowledge in several areas:

• For YouTube, I’ll study video production, editing, and ways to increase video quality.

• For Helpys, I’ll research competitors to ensure my ideas remain unique and innovative.

• I plan to pay my workers $19.99 per hour.

The total initial investment required is between $10,000 and $15,000, with additional costs:

• Helpys: $20 per month for app maintenance

My goal is to eventually earn profits of $50,000 to $30,000 and potentially more, aiming for $1 million or even $1 billion in the long run.

UPDATE: I'm gearing up to raise $200k to bring the pilot episode of my anime to life. My goal is ambitious, but I'm determined to have that pilot completed between 2028 and 2030. This is just the beginning of something amazing.
